JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD) 27-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite parties.
The present application has been preferred for modification of the order dated 18.05.2018 passed in CWJC No.9031 of 2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the writ application while describing the name of the police station, the petitioner could not add the word, 'Karnamepur O.P.' with
Patna High Court MJC No.4040 of 2018(3) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 the Shahpur Police Station as a result whereof the said word is missing. It is submitted that in fact it should be Shahpur (Karnamepur O.P.) P.S. Case No.201 of 2017.
Considering the prayer of the petitioner, we allow him to add the relevant word in the prayer portion of the writ application. The order dated 18.05.2018 be read with the same same correction as Shahpur (Karnamepur O.P.) P.S. Case No.201 of 2017.
Rest of the order shall remain intact.
