The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 220 of 2014 in a case which has been registered under Section-307 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and there is allegation against this petitioner that he gave Dab blow, causing head injury to the informant but Annexure-2 to this petition reveals that the informant sustained one injury on his head, which is said to be caused by hard and blunt substance and simple in nature.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of injury, sustained by the

No.11051 of 2015 (2) dt.20-03-2015 2/2 informant, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 220 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
