Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/511 of the I.P.C.
The accusation is of attempting to establish forceful physical relationship with the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation of attempting to establish forceful physical relationship with a fifty years old lady being informant appears to be unreasonable as in the background of land dispute the accusation has been levelled.
Let learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks and pray for regular bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 29 of 2014, pending in the Court of
