The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No.131 of 2016 registered under Section 409,419,420 of I.P.C.
Accusation is that the petitioner being the Chairman of Baijnathpur Parghari PACS while purchased 2443 quintals paddy to supply 1636.81 quintals C.M.R after milling to the S.F.C. Bhagalpur but the petitioner only supplied 975 quintals rice but 661.81 quintals rice could not be supplied by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-X, Bhagalpur, in Sabour P.S.Case No.131/16. If the petitioner submits certificate of depositing Rs.16/- lacs in favour of Bhagalpur Central Cooperative Bank Ltd. within sixteen weeks, the trial court will confirm the bail bond of the petitioner, failing which his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
