The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No.461 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 420, 406 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only because there has been failure of negotiation in the marriage proposal, entire family of the petitioner has been made accused in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that that all other similarly situated co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by the court below itself.
