The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,307,323,338,332,337,341,353,427,435,504 of the Indian Penal
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13804 of 2019(2) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 Code and Section 12 of Contempt of Court Act read with Section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984. The FIR named accused including the petitioners obstructed in discharge of official duty by the court Najir while he had gone to execute the decree for partition. Considering the nature of allegation which is general and omnibus as well as statement of the petitioners on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
20,000 (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S.Case No. 234 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
