Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects as pointed out by the office within four weeks of normal functioning of the court, failing which the office is directed to place the matter before the Bench. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Collector, Vaishali at Hajipur has passed the order dated 29.10.2016 (Annexure-6) directing the Circle Officer to maintain status quo and to pass appropriate order after conducting enquiry but till date no order has been passed. Since
