Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 511, 34 of the I.P.C.
It is alleged that brother of this petitioner namely Ful Mohammad entered into the hutment of the informant and made an attempt to establish forceful physical relationship and when alarm was raised by the informant then Ful Mohammad managed to escape from the scene. It is alleged against this petitioner that the petitioner helped Ful Mohammad to escape from the scene.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that thrust of accusation is against Ful Mohammad with whom the informant has entered into a compromise.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Chiraiya (Shikarganj) P.S.
