2. This modification application has been filed for extension of time to surrender before the court below in term of the order dated 07.08.2024 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 45484 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vide order dated 07.08.2024, petitioners were granted bail and six weeks' time was granted to the petitioners to surrender before the lower court, but due to their non-availability in Bihar, they could not surrender before the lower court within time fixed by this Court. As such, learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13210 of 2025(2) dt.28-02-2025 2/2 pray for extension of time to surrender the petitioners before the lower court.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and averments made in the application, this modification application is allowed.

5. Four weeks' further time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below in terms of the order dated 07.08.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 45484 of 2024.

6. The order dated 07.08.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 45484 of 2024 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
