Petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 452/376/511/352/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of attempt to commit rape on the daughter-in-law of the informant. The victim has also supported the allegation of attempt. Submission is that petitioners are in custody since 14.08.2016.

Considering the period already undergone by the

No.7731 of 2017 (3) dt.10-04-2017 2/2 petitioners as well as the fact that the investigation is complete, let petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran/Successor Court, in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 233 of 2016.
