This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(A) and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner is in custody since 06.03.2017 having allegation that from the house of this petitioner 30 liters of liquor was recovered. The petitioner has sated on oath that she has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact specially the fact that the petitioner is a female, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with
