The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gaya Muffasil P.S. Case No. 314 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is named accused in the FIR as having participated in killing of the deceased.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has tried to make out a case that the petitioner is not involved in killing of the deceased as he has not specifically been named in the FIR. Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
