In this case, the petitioner submits that he has no grievance of his transfer from PMCH, Patna to Sub-Divisional Hospital, Phulparas, Darbhanga, but there is no Sub-Divisional Hospital, Phulparas, in the district of Darbhanga, in fact SubDivisional Hospital, Phulparas, is within the district of Madhubani and he is moving pillar to post to join right place, inasmuch as, he is not getting his salary, causing serious financial problem in the family.

This Court directs the Director-in-Chief

Patna High Court CWJC No.21222 of 2018(2) dt.29-07-2019 2/2 (Administration), Health Services, Government of Bihar, Patna, to make necessary correction in the memo no.1184(4) dated 29.09.2018 in the matter of place of posting of the petitioner by correcting the District where the Sub-Divisional Hospital, Phulparas is situated and hand over the corrected copy of the order to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. In turn, the petitioner would join new place of posting within two weeks thereafter. On joining of the petitioner, the Director-in-Chief (Administration) would ensure payment of salary which the petitioner is entitled including the salary for the period he was/is moving from one place to another place for his no fault. The salary must be paid within three weeks from the date of joining of the petitioner.

It has been informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the service book of the petitioner is traceless. If that be so, it must be reconstructed without any delay. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U
