The challenge in the present writ application is to the declaration of result for the post of Mukhiya Gram Panchayat, Pipara in Navinagar Block in the District of Aurangabad in favour of the respondent no. 5.

From the pleadings, it appears that a substantive case challenging the same has been filed being Election Petition No. 7 of 2016, before the Munsif, Aurangabad.

In view of the aforesaid, the Court is not inclined to

Patna High Court CWJC No.18640 of 2016 dt.15-02-2017 2/2 interfere in the matter at the present stage. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Munsif, Aurangabad before whom Election Petition No. 7 of 2016 is pending, to dispose off the case expeditiously and in any case within a maximum period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
