Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Some unknown person robbed the informant on the way. Subsequently, informant raised suspicion against the petitioner and others.

Besides the plea of alibi submission is that only material against the petitioner is suspicion and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
