The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 447, 341, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(i)(x) of the S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It is alleged that the petitioners came variously armed assaulted the informant and abused by calling caste name. It is also alleged that the accused persons are claiming the land of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10300 of 2015 (2) dt.12-03-2015 petitioners that the dispute with regard to claim of the land, pending before the learned D.C.L.R. and in that background the accusation has been levelled.

Considering the accusation in the background of land dispute, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with S.C./S.T.
