JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Nagarnausa P.S. Case No.184/15 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand by her in-laws.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased. and both the petitioners are separate to the husband of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14268 of 2017 (2) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 the deceased but with ulterior motive they have been falsely implicated in this case and are in custody since 5.12.2016 having no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Hilsa, in connection with Nagarnausa P.S. Case No.184/15.
