The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 586 of 2014 registered under Sections 302 read with 34 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
According to the informant Gauri Devi, who happens to be the wife of the deceased, the petitioner had threatened her husband due to some dispute existing from before and immediately thereafter, he was killed. She suspected that the petitioner with help of his associates got her husband killed. In course of investigation, complicity of the

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
