In view of the liberty granted under order dated 26.11.2016 (Annexure-1) the petitioner has filed the present application for grant of bail in connection with Dhansoi P.S. case registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the IPC and Section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. It is submitted that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months.

Considering the above, this Court is inclined to grant him the privilege of bail. Let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Buxar, in connection
