Heard the parties in virtual Court.

The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 302/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Specific allegation is against co-accused Md. Mansoor to have caused fire arm injury to the son of the informant which resulted in death. There is general and omnibus allegation of commission of assault against others including the petitioners. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20911 of 2021(2) dt.24-08-2021 2/2 Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the nature of material against the petitioners, there is no need for further detention of the petitioners as under trial prisoner in absence of anything to substantiate that the petitioners would tamper with the evidence or would be non-cooperative in the trial. Hence, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Courtbelow where the case is pending in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 548 of 2020, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(c) The petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
