In the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a direction for cancellation of Adhar Card bearing No. 414477530601 of respondent No.8, by which she is using name of petitioner as her husband.

Considering the reliefs sought for in the present writ application, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a Declaratory

Patna High Court CWJC No.3704 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 Suit before the Civil Court with competent jurisdiction for redressal of his grievance. As the issue involved in the present case is to declare that the respondent No.8 is not the wife of this petitioner, same cannot be decided under the writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
