The Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad is personally present along with his report dated 22.03.2022. The report is taken on record.

The Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad has submitted a list of seven cases under his jurisdiction which have been registered for cheating against various criminals and he has submitted that almost in all the cases some of the accused have been arrested and the police is taking further steps for arresting the rest of the accused.

It is to be noted that one Bipin Kumar @ Bipin Sharma who is accused in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 474 of 2021 has a long criminal history of nine cases. He is accused in four cases in Jehanabad District, two cases in Gaya District in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21915 of 2021(8) dt.23-03-2022 2/3 Sherghati Sub Division and one case of, Aurangabad The Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad is direct to get the speedy trial against Bipin Kumar @ Bipin Sharma be done in all cases and he will take necessary steps. The District Judge, Jehanabad is directed to take all the steps for speedy trial of the cases against Bipin Kumar @ Bipin Sharma.

The Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya is directed to get the trial of in Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 200 of 2018 and 147 of 2018.

Similarly, the Superintendent of Police Aurangabad shall get the sppedy trial done in Dawoodnagar Police Station Case No. 126 of 2018.

The co-accused Deepak Singh @ Deepu is also accused in two cases i.e. Gopalpur, Patna District being Gopalpur P. S. Case No. 555 of 2004 and 197 of 2005. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, shall take all steps for speedy trial of the Deepak Singh @ Deepu singh in the aforesaid cases.

The office is directed to communicate this order to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad, the Senior Superintendent of Police Gaya,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21915 of 2021(8) dt.23-03-2022 3/3 the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad, as well as District Judge, Patna, District Judge, Jehanabad, District Judge Gaya and District Judge, Aurangabad for its compliance. The Report is taken on record, this case is consigned. So far as the petitioner (Dhananjay Kumar) is concerned, this application, on his arrest, has now become infructuous and is free to avail all his legal remedies which are available to him.

The personal appearance of Superintendent of Police, Jehenabad is dispensed with.
