2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):
"for issuance of Writ/Writs direction/directions order/orders arising out of against the order dated 17/03/2017 passed by the Respondent No. 4 the Circle Officer, Teragachh District Kishanganj in Misc.
Mutation Case No. 07/2016-17 (Md. Ainul
Patna High Court CWJC No.22039 of 2018(2) dt.14-10-2025 2/2 Haque Versus Bibi Jamerun and others) whereby and where under the learned Respondent No. 4 given direction to Revenue Karamchari issue rent receipt against petitioner as Sikmi Raiyat of Khata No. 12 bearing Plot No. 102, 104, 112, 124, 138, 140, 600 area 0.15, 0.96, 0.04, 2.24, 0.53, 0.13, 0.24 respectively total area 3.89 acre situated in Mouza Kamat Hatgaon P.S No. 74 District Kishanganj without considering the facts of petitioner which is quite illegal and without seeing the documents of the petitioner is fit to be set aside."
3. It has been informed by learned counsel for that the order in question was not attached with the petition and as such, permission be granted to take fresh initiative in the matter after withdrawal of the present case.
4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
