2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 27 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 427, 354(B), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution, petitioner is alleged to outrage the modesty of the victim and from the reading of the F.I.R. it appears doubtful. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is land dispute between the parties.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati at Gaya / concerned court below in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 27 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

8. The petitioner will mark his attendance at Imamganj Police Station on 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the local Police Station will result into cancellation of his bail bond.
