2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bishambharpur P.S Case No. 169 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 329(3), 303(2), 352, 351(2) of B.N.S.
3. As per prosecution case, petitioner along with coaccused have assaulted the informant and others by means farsa and iron rod etc.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that he has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph 3 of the bail petition. It is also submitted that

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. On perusal of the FIR, impugned order and other materials available on record, it appears that petitioner is only member of the mob and there is no overt act described against the petitioner in the FIR.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Gopalganj in connection with Bishambharpur P.S Case No. 169 of 2024.
