The petitioner seeks bail in Complaint Case No. 275 C2 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 718.920 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no any signature either of this petitioner or any of his family members on the alleged seizure list. Petitioner has been implicated in the instant case merely on suspicion. Petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2018 having

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Dharmshil Srivastava, learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge, (Excise Act), Begusarai, in connection with Complaint Case No. 275 C2 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
