The petitioner seeks bail in Sasaram Rail P.S. Case No.118 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section 401/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 147 of the Railway Act. It is alleged that one piece of blade has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 29.09.2016.
From the written report it appears that this petitioner has been arrested by the police merely on suspicion. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7247 of 2017 (2) dt.01-03-2017 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Rail, Gaya in connection with Sasaram Rail P.S. Case No.118 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
