Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents for paying salary to the petitioner calculated on the basis of pay scale of Rs 12,270/- + 4,200/- that is Rs 16,470/-. The calculation/pay fixation done by the Block Development Officer, Bochaha vide Annexure 7 from where the petitioner has retired shows that the admissible salary of the petitioner has been calculated as Rs 16,470/-. The same is also apparent from Annexure 6 that is the calculation done by the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur under order dated 30.03.2015 bearing Memo No 363.
Patna High Court CWJC No.2269 of 2016(2) dt.31-01-2019 2/2 In view of the aforesaid circumstance, there is no occasion for this Court to issue any direction. Writ petition is dismissed.
