In the nature of dispute, notices had been issued to the Opposite Party No. 2 but none appears on her behalf. Considering the merits of the case, Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 3.4.2014 in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 26 of 2012 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, is hereby confirmed on the same terms as also that the Petitioner will be physically present on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
