Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This application has been filed seeking extension of time for the petitioner no.6 to appear before the Court below by modifying of the order dated 10.05.2019 passed in Criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10427 of 2020(2) dt.08-09-2021 2/2 Miscellaneous No. 31247 of 2019, whereby the petitioner no.6 has been granted anticipatory bail.

This matter remained pending for nearly one and half years.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the time granted to the petitioner no.6 to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond is hereby extended by four weeks from today. The order dated 10.05.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.31247 of 2019 is modified accordingly.

This modification application is allowed.
