This application has been filed for modification of order dated 10.06.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 9238 of 2020.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that vide order dated 10.06.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 9238 of 2020, the applicant was directed to be released on bail in the event of arrest and surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks in connection with Crime No.101 of 2019. registered with Kashichak Police Station pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise Act), Nawada, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, applicant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15626 of 2021(2) dt.01-12-2021 2/2 could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time.

For the reasons stated in the said application, four weeks time is granted to the applicant to comply the order dated 10.06.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 9238 of 2020. The order dated 10.06.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 9238 of 2020 is modified to the said extent.
