The simple grievance of the petitioner is pendency of the appeal before the District Teacher Appointment Appellate Authority who is sitting tight over the matter and has not disposed of the appeal.
In view of the aforesaid, District Teacher Appointment Appellate Authority is directed to dispose of the appeal pending, if not already disposed of as the appellate authority is required to
Patna High Court CWJC No.14913 of 2016 (2) dt.27-02-2018 dispose of the appeal within the stipulated period of three months whereas more than two years has passed but no final decision was taken on the appeal.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction indicated hereinabove.
