Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 18.04.2014 is hereby confirmed on the same terms in connection with Complaint Case No. 597 C of 2009 pending before the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai on the condition that the petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled. It has been submitted that O.P. No. 2 had remarried and therefore, she is not appearing in the Court below. The Court below shall issue notice to the O.P. No. 2 and enquire that whether she wishes to continue the proceeding in the present
