2. Counsel for the petitioner has filed this writ petition for quashing the order dated 25.03.2021, passed in Mutation Appeal Case No.18 of 2019-20.

3. Counsel for the State has raised preliminary objection that under Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 [Bihar Act 23, 2011] the remedy of challenging the Mutation Appeal is filing a Mutation Revision before the Collector.

4. In this background that there is statutory remedy available in the statute, this writ petition disposed off with the direction to the petitioner to avail his remedy by filing a Mutation Revision before appropriate forum under Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 [Bihar Act 23, 2011].
