As is evident from the written report, on account of construction of new house by the informant the petitioner along with his family members became aggrieved. Whereupon, they raided with duly armed and at the instigation of the petitioner, his wife armed with Fasul, daughter Vijay Lakshmi armed with a Garasa began to assault his wife. Further, the petitioner Premchand Singh and his sons Rohit Kumar, Sandeep Kumar and Sushil Kumar brutally assaulted his son Priya Ranjan with Lathi, Danda and Tangi. When the informant Ram Bahadur Singh and his elder son rushed in rescue, they were also assaulted. Then thereafter, they misbehaved with the daughter-in-law of the informant and during course thereof they snatched away her golden chain.

From the order impugned it is evident that the petitioner is under custody since 09.12.2019 having no criminal antecedent carries omnibus allegation and that being so, the petitioner, Premchand Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri C.K. Verma, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Dehri-on-Sone, District- Rohtas in connection with Darihat P.S. Case No.81 of 2019.
