2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jogapatti P.S. Case No. 475 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, stolen electric wire has been recovered from the Pick-up Van and the petitioner was caught on the vehicle in question.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 8.10.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14991 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Jogapatti P.S. Case No. 475 of 2023.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Jogapatti Police Station on first Sunday of each month.
