Heard the parties.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/5 Explosive Substance Act. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused-Dilip Sahni. Petitioner is in custody since 06.04.2019. Besides confessional statement of co-accused before the police which is no evidence in the eye of law, there is no other material against the petitioner.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9599 of 2020(3) dt.05-06-2020 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Hajipur Sadar Police Station Case No.345 of 2018 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
