2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

A) A Certiorary for setting aside the

Patna High Court CWJC No.21600 of 2018(2) dt.14-10-2025 2/2 order dated 13-3-2018 (Annexure-3) passed by learned Deputy Land Reforms, Jhanjharpur whereby Collector Land Dispute case No.

3/2017-18 filed by Sumitra Devi (Respondent No. 10) has been allowed and thereby Anchal Adhikari, Madhepur has been directed for taking step for possession over the lands in question to Sumitra Devi (Respondent No. 10).

(B) Any other relief or reliefs for which petitioners may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case may be granted to them.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the order in question is appealable, he may be permitted to approach an appropriate Appellate Authority.

4. Granting said liberty to file the appeal, the writ petition is disposed of.

5. If any such appeal is preferred in next six weeks, the authority shall consider the fact that the matter was pending before this Court since the year 2018 while considering the limitation petition.
