The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The F.I.R. named accused persons are alleged to have committed murder of brother of the informant. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner has surfaced during course of investigation in the supervision note only on the basis of suspicion. During entire investigation, there is no evidence against this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2021. Investigation is complete.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11542 of 2022(2) dt.29-04-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 283 of 2019.
