Petitioner is accused in connection with Complaint Case No. 2746C of 2010 registered under Sections 341, 147, 323, 354, 504 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. In the present case, complaint case is filed after lapse of one week of the alleged occurrence. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 02.01.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
