It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that vide order dated 18-02-2015, this modification petition was allowed and the order dated 24-12-2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7394 of 2014 was modified but inadvertently, in the cause, title of the order dated 18-02-2015, Police Station and District has wrongly been mentioned as Brahmpur, District-Buxar in place of "P.S. Sitamarhi and District-Sitamarhi".

Accordingly, the cause, title of the order dated 1802-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6398 of 2015 is modified to the extent that the name of police station and district mentioned in the order as "P.S. Brahmpur, District-Buxar" be read as "P.S. Sitamarhi and District-Sitamarhi".and the time for surrender of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6398 of 2015 (3) dt.11-03-2015 2/2 petitioner in the court below is further extended for three weeks. All the terms and conditions will remain be same as mentioned in the order dated 24-12-2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7394 of 2014. Let the copies of order dated 18-02-2015 passed in this case i.e. Cr. Misc. No. 6398 of 2015 along with this order be communicated to the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi/concerned court through fax.
