Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is of commission of robbery. The petitioner was not apprehended at the spot. Name of this petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Sanjay Kumar Yadav. Similarly situated co-accused Sonu Singh and Sanjay Kumar @ Sanjay Kumar Yadav have already been allowed bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide orders dated 02.04.2015 and 05.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.4400 of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7147 of 2017 (4) dt.27-03-2017 2015 and Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.759 of 2015 respectively. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura/Successor Court, in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No.135 of 2014, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
