Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the I.P.C.
Accusation is of committing theft of tractor of the informant. The First Information Report was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner sprang up on confession of the co-accused Nityanand Singh. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the petitioner and other co-accused has been granted regular bail. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks and pray for regular bail in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 91 of 2014,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9161 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara.
Accordingly the application is disposed off.
