Mr.Nand Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Murliganj Police Station Case No.293 of 2019, corresponding to Excise Act Case No.903 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 42 bottles, each containing 375 ml. Indian Made Foreign Liquor, from the courtyard of the house of the petitioners.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that, in fact, the house, from where the alleged recovery is said to be made, is the joint family house of the petitioners.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhepura, in connection with Murliganj Police Station Case No.293 of 2019, corresponding to Excise Act Case No.903 of 2019.
