JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-03-2021 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to immediately take decision with regard to take over of the school in question i.e. Sarvodaya Madhya Vidyalaya, Sadopur, Tekari, Gaya, in light of Memo no. 1167 dated 02.05.1980, since other schools have already been taken over by the Bihar Government, from time to time.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seek liberty to take recourse to such other remedies as are available under the law including approaching the respondent-authorities for redressal of their grievances. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to such other remedies as are available under the law
