Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 350 of 2016 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides sustained injuries. Petitioner is in custody since 11.02.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 350 of 2016.
