The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Aungari P.S. Case No. 06 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is recovery of 1 litre and 80 Ml of foreign liquor from the shop of the petitioner. He further submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, subject to the condition that the petitioner is agreed to deposit Rs. 2,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9360 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 (Two Thousand) in the Juvenile Justice Fund of the State Social Welfare Department and on deposit of the aforesaid amount, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, the court below shall release him on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 3rd Additional Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Excise, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Aungari P.S. Case No. 06 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Vikash/- U T
