2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 137C of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 120(B) of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner, along with the other named co-accused, cheated the complainant by making false promises of benefits in the name of preparing e-ration cards for the people of Khagaria and Begusarai under the Government scheme "One Nation, One Ration Card".

4. It has jointly been submitted that the matter has been resolved between the parties. The report received from the Mediation Center shows that both the parties mutually agreed

5. According to the terms and conditions of the compromise, the petitioner shall pay Rs. 2 lakhs to opposite party no. 2. The first installment of Rs. 50,000 shall be paid at the time of furnishing the bail bond, and the remaining amount of Rs. 1,50,000 shall be paid in three equal installments in every three month of Rs. 50,000 each.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within six weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Complaint Case No. 137C of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
