The petitioner is accused in connection with Sitamarhi (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015, registered under Sections 323, 324, 379 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The accusation is of torturing the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and also drove out from her matrimonial house. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the husband of the complainant-informant and he has falsely been implicated in this case due to misunderstanding. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2016.

No.13511 of 2017 (2) dt.24-03-2017 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sitamarhi (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015, in connection with Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
