Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413,414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Three other person were apprehended alongwith a stolen motorcycle. In their confessional statement, name of the petitioner surfaced. Petitioner is in custody since 08.10.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Only material is criminal antecedent of the petitioner. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where
